Gradatim is an iPhone and iPad app that logs your weight, food, workouts, sleep and spending. It's made by one person, Ismail, in the UK.
Everything you log stays on your iPhone or iPad, in the app's own storage: weigh-ins, food entries and meal photos, progress photos, workouts and heart rate from your watch, sleep, gym sets and plans, cards, spends and receipt photos, and your settings.
There's no account. Nothing is sent to Ismail or to a server of his. There are no analytics, no crash reports, no ads and no tracking.
Open Food Facts. When you scan a barcode the app doesn't know, it sends that barcode (and nothing else) to Open Food Facts, a public food database, to get the product's name and nutrition. Open Food Facts sees the request like any website does. Their policy: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/privacy
Your Garmin watch. The app talks to your watch over Bluetooth to bring in workouts, sleep and heart rate. That data goes from the watch to your phone and nowhere else.
Apple's on-device model. Snap a meal names foods using Apple Intelligence on the phone itself. Apple's Private Cloud Compute isn't used today. If it's turned on in a later version, Apple's privacy terms cover it and this page will say so.
Export. "Export data" writes one file that you choose where to save or send. Nothing is exported unless you do it.
Delete the app and everything it kept goes with it. Settings › Delete everything does the same without deleting the app.
The app isn't aimed at children. It's rated 4+.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the app's release notes say so.
